The Wednesday before Thanksgiving was Alumni Day at Wheatley. Thanks to the efforts of Lauren Silverstein and our other Guidance counselors, graduates from the Class of 2015 returned to Wheatley to visit their teachers, see their former classmates and share some of their experiences with members of the Class of 2016 and 2017.
Students participated in a panel Question and Answer session that was moderated by seniors Nick Vazquez and David Rosenzweig. Our recent graduates shared some of their experiences from their first few months of college, reflecting back on the emotions of the College Admissions Process, moving to college, interacting with professors, cancelling Netflix and getting along with a roommate.
Thanks to members of the Class of 2015 for returning to Wheatley, and thanks to Mrs. Silverstein for her work organizing this event!
