The New York State History Day results were announced earlier this week. Wheatley students had five projects win recognition, with 5 four first or second-place winners advancing to the National History Day National Competition.
A huge “Thank You” to Mrs. Jo Beth Roberts, who advised the Wheatley students throughout the process. Thank you as well to Mr. Wayne Jenson for his support of the teachers and students involved in the annual NHD competition.
LIHD to NYSHD. Thank you both!
NHD is once again virtual this year. Projects must be submitted within the next two weeks, and results are announced on June 18, 2022.
