Since being named a Regeneron Finalist last month, Lucy Zha (Class of 2021) has been working tirelessly the the week of competition that began last week and culminated in last night’s Virtual Awards Ceremony, during which the top ten Regeneron Scholars were announced. Although Lucy did not finish in the top ten of this competition, she still came away with a $25,000 scholarship, lots of contacts with researchers across the country, and a most memorable experience.
We are so impressed with Lucy’s achievement in this most prestigious competition! We are grateful for the support of her science teachers over the years in general, and Mr. DJ Paulson (our Science Research Coordinator) and Mrs. Alexis Pace (our Director of Science) in particular.
