On 5 September 2017, the Class of 2018 greeted its Senior Year at Wheatley with a relatively new tradition: The Senior Sunrise. Earlier this evening, as students being their final week of classes at Wheatley, it was time to prepare for the end of its senior year with the Senior Sunset.
On a beautiful evening, members of the class came out to the fields to be the first to get their copy of the Aurora, Wheatley’s yearbook. With refreshments provided by the PTO, students snacked a bit, signed each others’ yearbooks and reviewed the Senior Year Goals cards they completed at the Senior Sunrise.
As the sun began to set, the class came together for one final group photo.
Congratulations to the Class of 2018 for what has been a wonderful year!
