Wheatley Students Depart for Ten Days in Peru!

On Friday evening, Wheatley students and teachers who just departed for JFK to catch their flight to Peru! Students and faculty who are participating in this year’s exchange program with our sister school, Colegio San José de Monterrico include:

These students are being accompanied by our District Spanish teachers: Pilar Principe-Franco, Angel Rivero and Isabel Simoes.

Students spent the first night with their host families and will then travel to Cuzco to see the sights and experience Machu Picchu.  They will return to Lima to stay with their hosts and attend classes at the school.  We wish them a safe and memorable trip!
