WildFrogs Fight Hard Against a Great Seaford Team for the Championship!

Earlier this evening, the combined Carle Place/Wheatley Football team (known as the WildFrogs) battled against the Seaford Vikings at Hofstra University for the Nassau County Championship. As followers of this blog know, 1958 was the only previous time Wheatley played Seaford in the football championship game — a game in which we earned the final victory in what proved to be an undefeated season.

Unfortunately, Seaford came out on top, 20-0, at the end of tonight’s game. Congratulations to the players and the coaches from both Carle Place and Wheatley.

Thanks to the talents of Aleena Jangda (Class of 2018), I am able to share some photos of the game with you.
