Students Prepare Over 3,000 Sandwiches for the INN during our #DayofService

As part of Wheatley’s 7th Annual Day of Service and Learning, students prepared sandwiches to be brought to the Interfaith Nutrition Network (the INN), an organization dedicated to providing food, shelter, and support to those in need. Wheatley has a longstanding relationship with the INN, donating thousands of items (e.g., canned food, personal care items, clothing, school supplies) each year to help support its mission.

Led by Ms. Gurick, Ms. Martinez, Ms. Jacobson and Ms. Muscarnera, students were able to make over 3,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (along with hundreds of ham and cheese sandwiches)!
