Morgan, Michelle and Jessie named NYSSMA All-State Musicians!

Last month, the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) announced the 2015 All-State musicians. Three Wheatley students were identified as NYSSMA All-State musicians!

Congratulations to senior Morgan Misk (Soprano II in the Mixed Chorus), junior Michelle Lin (Alto II in the Women’s Chorus) and senior Jessie Cao (alternate selection for Violin). The students will be performing at the 2015 NYSSMA Conference in Rochester on December 3-6, 2015.

Thank you to our music teachers Mrs. Luftig, Dr. Ho and Mr. Orlovsky for their support of all of our student musicians and congratulations Morgan, Michelle and Jessie!
