On Saturday, nearly 50 members of the Class of 2017 arrived at Wheatley early in the morning in order to board a bus destined for Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ. Although the day began with with the busses driving through heavy rainstorms, by the time the students arrived at the part, it was a beautiful spring day!
Trips such as this provide important opportunities for students to connect with each other in a relaxed, non-academic setting away from school. It is also an important opportunity for students to see some of their teachers in a different light. Thank you to the Class of 2017 advisors, Julia Cashman and Peter Crisci, for organizing the trip. Thank you as well to Julia Cashman, Randi Chisari and Joseph Crotty for accompanying the students on the trip!
