“Wheatley’s Got Talent” Showcases Many Talents!

Congratulations to our Tri-M Music Honor Society and Ms. Angela Luftig for organizing Friday’s Wheatley’s Got Talent competition. Thanks to the keen judging of teachers Allison Chanin-Bermudez and Julia Cava the evening showcased the talents of:

  • Michaela Balboni and Justin Vega (voice and piano)
  • Jessie Cao (voice)
  • Jeffrey Roudbai (magic)
  • Sydney Behar, Tessa Karikas and Nicole Hetzel (voice, piano and drums)
  • Morgan Misk (voice)
  • Elizabeth Kokotos (dance)
  • Ben Lee and Anthony Graffigna (voice and piano)
  • Julia Haghighi, Donna Nazarian and Justin Vega (voice and piano)

With wonderful hosting by Gabby Schwartz and Alex Boubour, a surprise performance by Allison Chowdhury, and a special duet by Alex Boubour and Joanne Joshua, the evening ended with Sydney, Tessa and Nicole as the “winner” of the competition.

Of course, given the wonderful performances by all, the audience proved the be the true winner!
