Wheatley’s Fall Student-Athletes Recognized at Multiple Levels!

The Wheatley School is proud to announce that 41 student athletes have been recognized by Section VIII-Nassau County Interscholastic Athletic Association for their exceptional performance in athletics, scholarship, and leadership qualities for the fall 2013 season. All fall teams were recognized as NYS Scholar/Athlete Team Award winners. This is a terrific achievement for our student-athletes!

A few individual and team standouts from the Fall season include:

  • Ashley Lessen earned All-State recognition in Tennis
  • Girls Varsity Soccer was Nassau County Class B Champions and Long Island/Southeast Regional finalists
